Can send mms but not receive??

ok so i have a blackberry 8350i that is being used on boost... i am not using its imei i am still using an old phones... everything works fine like sending mms and internet and whn i send a text to myself i get it but not from anyone else .... i have tried with multiple phones and reloaded the service books twice... any suggestions?

and adding to that the Host Routing Tables has 2 iden us and a wifi shud i register both idens?

Register all three lines, also you might want to try doing a Master Radio Reset, this will probably fix your texting issue. Go to Options>Security Options>Information>hit the BB button and then select Master radio reset> will ask for code, it's six zero's(000000) it will then say it's been completed. Then you will have to go to Manage Connections, and turn back on your data connection(radio) you do this by check marking the the top box. Then I would do a battery pull, and after your back up running try your text. Hopefully, it will work then.

Also, I wouldn't worry about changing the imei, I never did on my 8350i the entire time and always sent and received texts with no problems. Something to keep in mind.

Works perfect now thankss!!! but one thing i can send emails using shangmail but it keeps say i have none when i know i do

No problem, your welcome....You know, I have never used Shangmail, I got a gmail account for the 8350i. Gmail worked great with the 8350i, and was the closest thing to the push email you can get on a 8350i, on Boost. You might want to try that if your having problems with Shangmail. You also, might want to use the CB search function, up on the top right, and search your problem("shangmail says i have nothing in inbox" or whatever). I guarantee someone else here has had the same exact problem and posted about it before. I use it constantly.

Pulling out the battery did the trick for me .

Yeah Ab18kk, you wouldn't believe how many things on the 8350i(or any BB) are instantly fixed by pulling the battery out while its on and waiting 30 seconds or so and putting it back in(otherwise known as a hard reset). Thanks for the "Thanks".
