I just noticed that none of my calander items from outlook had snyced to my BB. So after snycing multiple times with no calander sync, I did a bit of digging on my BB and found that under the options menu in the calander, it shows FaceBook at the bottom where is says "Calanders". So I went to the FB app in the BB and into options to be sure its not set to have anything to do with my calander. It was unchecked, and so I uninstalled the app from the phone. After a reboot, I checked in the calander on my BB again to see if it still said FaceBook and it did. So I tried syncing again, and it worked. After that, I re-installed the FB app and tried again, and no go. What is going on? How can I work around this? I really need to sync my calander with outlook, but also like having the FB app on my BB. Has anyone else had similar issues?

Tired that but it only lists FaceBook as an option.

In case anyone else has this issue: When installing FB app 1.6 on BB 8350i, calander stops syncing with outlook and instead uses FB regardless of settings in FB app.

Fix: Options/ Advanced Options/ Service Book/

Delete the FB SB that says (CICAL). Then it should default back to device.

I tried this fix some time ago and it worked perfectly on my calendar synciing problems, just read the posts here: (Doughdaddy's especially)
