Unhappy Browser issues on Boostberry... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I was having issues with my voicemail so I deleted the SBs and reinstalled them... ended up having to call Boost to fix the issue... but NOW... the browser wont work... I get "unable to find the requested server". My browser is set to Browser and NOT the Hotspot Browser... WI-FI is connected, but the phone just will not go... this thing was working GREAT yesterday and now this... PLEASE HELP!!

Also, I have NOT installed Opera-Mini... the browser was working just fine without any extras...

I should have never deleted and reinstalled!

I tried the most important link... sifting through search results now, if anyone has the fix to this problem, I'd really appreciate the guidance.

Couple if things I can think of. Did enter the legacy code when you restored you service books? Also make sure you set on browser and not hotspot. Also did you try the old fashioned battery pull?

I may have hit the legacy code after I had the service books restored... don't know if it makes a difference... don't remember whether I did it before or after. So I deleted everything and restored from my BB DM... made sure to hit the legacy code first and now IT WORKS!

IDK what the glitch was exactly, but I'm glad it's working now... thanks for the help!!

These things are tricky. I just upgraded the OS to 5.0.0.1051 on mine and my wife's (both 8350i Boostberry's) and realized after a couple days that neither one of us were able to send or receive texts. I had to reinstall SB's too, but the first time I forgot the Alt-SBEB "Legacy" step too. As soon as I got that handled, both are working again now. Gotta follow the steps to the letter for sure!
