after loading amy's SBs everything was fine. MMS was INSTANT!

now all of a sudden,its not coming in at all. i can send them perfectly. i know the ol' battery pull/shut down method,but must i really do that ALL the time?

anyone else having this problem as of late?

really because recently my MMS text/pics were around a minute late. I did have one text that i recieved 12 hours later, but it was only from that one person , and only one text. It may be just the service on that region/ area. Im in NYC if that makes any difference.

try backing up your os and reinstalling it. Then install the new theme from scratch, and give it a bat pull. It should work from then on out. If it doesn't, there is a problem with the theme or the os you installed (only if you are using a hybrid or leaked, not official)

i've had this BB working for ALMOST a month straight now,thanks to Amy's thread and SBs.

its just been the past few days. i believe today should me my 3rd or 4th. i never did nothing to the OS after things worked perfectly

i work at a boost store & also have a boostberry its not your phone its boost

boost runs of iden which is slow for data mms& sms
there really isnt much you can do it all depends in your signal

im in NYC.

after a couple battery pulls my MMS is back to being rapid again. idk if the battery pulls did anything though because the first time i pulled it out nothing changed.

aside from getting the late texts in bulk. further texts needed another battery pull.

I am in the same boat. For 3 weeks I had great luck with texts, people would send them and I would get them instantly. Now It takes at least a day to get my texts, if anyone has any good ideas I would well come them!

ok this is what i did. again,i am not sure it was the solution.

instead of battery pulls i just went to manage connections and shut off the mobile services then reactivate. i did that a few times to keep testing MMS sent to myself. after awhile it came back to its normal LAGGY self again. so this time around i decided to take out the battery. i POWER down first (idk incase) then pulled out the battery. i started texting myself ASAP before the "registered BB" text comes in. well everything just went rapid from then on.

if not...repeat it atleast 2x.

Batt pull is the cureall. lol

You might be interested in QuickPull if you don't like to actually physically pull the battery out. It works great for me.

Well.....

I did what placer said and I instantly got my texts. Then today I got 2 texts from last night(12 hours late). I then followed those instructions about a dozen times. Maybe now it will work. If anyone else has any ideas I would love to hear them.

sorry that didnt cure it. are you powering down before each battery pull though? things were fine until i installed the L theme on my BB. i started having the problem all over again.

after a pull or two i was back to getting them instantly again. btw where are you from? not sure it matters,but just for future purposes i guess...im in NYC

Im having the same problem also. I live in NC. I was able to receive mms yesterday but today I couldn't receive any. I did the batt pull and everything else and its still not working. Any advice?
