"Boostberry" Help
Hello!
My mother has a BlackBerry 8350i, and she would like to get some ringtones on her phone. I'm trying to help her out with this (Bless her heart, she really is illiterate with smartphones.) I've tried plugging in the phone to a computer to directly put a ringtone file on it, but for some reason when I click on the drive it's plugged into it says it can't locate the device (But the updater says Blackberry ready to use!) I've tried e-mailing my e-mail from her phone (And it actually went through) But when I tried replying to it, she never got it. I've tried e-mailing the tone she wants, but it never comes through. I've tried going directly to the web address where the ringtone is but it says that the browser might need to close in order to download, when I press Yes it doesn't do anything, it goes back to the previous webpage and just stays there.
We don't know how to set up the e-mail for her phone. (So if that's needed I need to be told how to do it.)
Also, she keeps getting some javascript error. She didn't go with the boost blackberry plan (So she only pays $50 a month instead of the $60) I really need help, I've been desperately trying to fix this myself but it seems I just can't do it alone, I really need some help with this. If you can give me anything to work with just to get rid of the Javascript error, or to get a ringtone on this phone for her, it would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
-Jillian
Edit:
I figured out the ringtone thing. I have that working now (Thanks to the how to in the forums)
Now all I need help is with this:
When she turns on her phone it says there's a javascript error.
Anyone know how to fix this? I can post what it fully says if it's needed!
