Default BoostBerry 8350i V5, now no MMS or Internet?

First of all, let me introduce myself..

My name is Legacy9x (obviously an alias), I've been reading this forums for a while before i purchased my 8350i and I thought I'd save some time, register and become a member! To ABUSE this forums :P

Anyways, well yesterday when I got my blackberry I had everything ready to get the internet and all working, I downloaded the service book, installed it and got internet and mms to work.. So I read around and people were saying it was OK to download the V5 version, new OS or something.. I do so, to now find myself with the MMS option removed and the internet Browser giving me the message (This is a Wi Fi operation).. So basically no internet, which means that the old books probably got overwritten.

Anybody have the new service books for the V5?

Is there another fix for this?

That's what I thought, I had to update, then reload the books right?

You wouldn't happen to have the link to it? I found it last time in the forums but I lost it :/

Thanks for your reply, appreciate it.

Legacy9x, I suggest deleting it off your phone, then download it here from BB AppWorld... Let me know how it works out!https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...nt/687?lang=en
