My phone is locked and asking for a PUK Code
I cannot access my Boost pin#
Any ideas how I can unlock the phone

The Puk code is associated with your sim card. If you enter the wrong code to many times it will lock your sim permanently I believe. In most scenerios you would contact your service provider for the lock code but I'm not if that would work since your using a non boost phone. Only other things I can think of is get another boost sim card and start from stracth.
