Default bb curve 8350i can't turn radio on

Hey everyone..........

I'm having problems with my bb 8350i, It was working good with boostmobile but after I dropped it by accident, the radio won't turn on, I keep trying over and over and no luck....I go to Manage connections, and then select mobile network, and the check mark won't stay on, there's only a red "x"..also tried placing a call and then it will ask to restore connection and still doesn't work...it says cannot connect, and on top of my screen it says invalid sim card, I tried to unlock it ,but when I try to confim pku it won't let me,

NEED HELP PLEASE...!!!! before I dropped the phone everything was working good, internet, email, mms,
wifi and bluetooth work just fine...

another thing I forgot to mention was , sim card works fine in another boost mobile phone...that's what I'm using right now,so I know it's not a problem with sim card.

Like you said, sounds like your radio antenna came disconnected internally when you dropped it. Wifi and bluetooth use separate wireless connections so it makes sense that you'd still have that access. Might be time for a trip to the shop, unless you are comfortable opening up the phone and checking things out. FWIW there are a lot of online guides and videos on taking these things apart...
