The App's are crippled by Sprint/Nextel to not work on the Nextel/IDEN network due to the slow speeds of the network. The App's are programmed to recognize your phone model and deny you access to streaming audio/video on both the Nascar & NFL App. The Really sad thing is that it still wont work even when connected to a WiFi Connection!!!

You would think that sprint would think about the networking and allow it over wifi. But no sprint had to fail. Though I will say that there is noreason for sprint or whomever wrote the code to add a few lines to do a wifi check. Plus it would take some of the stress off the towers.

Has anyone heard if sprint might be trying to find a way to bring it to the 8350i? I think I read on bbforums that they are looking into it but I don't know how recent the post was or if they are still looking into doing it.
