    Default 8350i security wont disable

I went into my my security options and the general settings and disabled protection. But it keeps asking for my password. I already turn phone on and off. I even removed the battery. If anybody can help please. I would be very thankful.

when you enabled it, it askes you for a password. you have to type that password back in to disable it.

i am pretty sure that by default the first letter is CAPS... you might want to try and hit the shft button for the first letter.
