tryed all threads to recover it still no luck is it a hardware error? what else should I do i tryed everything even recovery the cmd prompt

took phone apart down to the board I think it may be the flash memory was going to try to clean the board up a bit any suggestions or process that I should follow I will also check to make sure no connections are cracked
