Why .Jad with no .Cod
Hello, a lot of sites have downloadable themes but they only have the JAD file, why do they not include the COD files ?? I don't get it, These JAD files are no good without the COD files, right?

Ok, so if you only have the .jad then you also need internet access for it to download the .cod's, right?
