[ASH9306]

Hi, this is my first attempt at a theme but as I saw aswell as me that many others also wanted simply the OS6 icons replaced with the OS7 icons I thought I'd have a go and i think it turned out pretty well. sorry if there is any mistakes, I will fix asap if you do find any. good and bad comments are all welcome, enjoy!
