Default windoes live messenger internal error

Guys I am having the same Problem. I have a BlackBerry 9300 and I have tried everything but I keep getting the Internal error.

I deleted the applicatoin and downloaded it again but with no success, I cleared Cache and Cookies and it didn't work.
    *
I updated my device by downloading the software again but still didn't work.
    *
The wierd thing is that I get the internal error ONLY when I am signing in with my email address. If I use another email address or sign in on an other device, it works.....

    Does anyone have a suggestion??

I know you want to use Windows live messenger, i prefer that to anything else too but i was curious if you could login with IM+ on your phone just to see if its the app or if its the phone or somthing else. Try changing your MSN password too see if that changes anything.

Its probibly not a service book issue if you can login with another MSN account, The only other thing i would suggest is if you could try a different blackberry with the same MSN account

I found something about it, when I try to have the time.
The instant messaging database on the BlackBerry smartphone*is corrupt.
To*resolve this issue, perform the following steps:

Clear the RMS database on the BlackBerry smartphone

    1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to*the computer.2. Open BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.3. In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, double-click Backup and Restore.4. Click Advanced.5. From the list of BlackBerry smartphone databases, select the RMS database.6. Click Clear.7. On the Warning dialog box, click OK.8. Click Close.

    In newest DM:

    Device--Delete Data -- RMS database

but for me worked deleting all contacts. I delete them (with a backup) , after that I log into MSN, and then restore contacts from backup *.ipd.

    Default Still Having Problems...

    This works... sort of...

Once I delete my address book msn no longer gives me the internal error, I'm able to sign in.
However once I restore my address book the internal error comes back...

In the end, instead of restoring I had to manually re-add all my contacts, the problem seems to have been fixed- for now.
