Using a non-BB SIM card
Hey All - Just a quick one. Has anyone used a non-BlackBerry data SIM in a BlackBerry handset (for the sake of discussion, I am using a UK 9300).
It seems that I am unable to use the 3G network for regular browsing (using Opera Mini, and Facebook Messenger for example). Is this normal? - 02-05-2013, 05:23 PM #2
You need an active BlackBerry Data Plan in order to use BlackBerry data features. This is normal.

Hi - Thanks for the response. So is 3G over the mobile network using BB data features? I thought that the BB data features where just the use of the BB browser, BBM, BB email etc.
