Hi , i have a blackberry 9300 and i can't zoom anymore when i take a picture , i can zoom a picture when is take but not when a want to take one .

My second problem is my usb connection , when a want to go to my blackberry desktop manager , i can't connect anymore and when i got the wizard to had drivers that don't work .

if you can't use the trackpad to zoom, try using the volume keys on the side.
