I restored my older curve instead of switching devices. Now I cant send e-mail but I can receive them. But I can't delete older e-mail accts. I'm getting a transaction error - failure at service. How do I bring back to factory default and then can I still go and switch device? I'm Lost.

do a security wipe .. options - security - security wipe - but back up contacts , just not options , i hope this helps
