My wifes 9330 today started randomly rebooting. Did a battery pull, still rebooting. Should I just go ahead and upgrade to the latest os or is there another fix? Its currently running 6.0.0.415(I believe that's Sprints latest official) any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Try a safe boot, if it works, see if BBSAK can detect, if so backup everything. Next remove all 3rd party apps or do a factory reset and reboot and hope.

Also try blackberry master control program if bbsak can't connect.
