    Default Quick battery drain issues..

What is going on? If you google "curve 9300 battery drain" there are TONS of threads about the 9300 and it's battery drain, EVEN AFTER REPLACING THE BATTERY!

If this is a hardware malfunction, RIM needs to own up and take responsibility. I'm a BES admin and have ordered a TON of these and it seems like 90% of them have a problem with the battery dying too quickly suddenly when like a month prior it lasted DAYS.

Anyone have any ideas? I've seen the "maximizing battery life" article on RIM's website, but common, my end users shouldn't have to fidget with their BB's when the previous generation devices lasted 3-4 days.
Your lack of planning, does not warrant an emergency.

Usually an os update will fix many bugs and improve battery life. If apps are running in the background, this will kill the battery very quick along with 3g. I have never had an issue with battery life on any phone I have every owned. Lucky me

One thing you can do would be to press on the Menu key and hold it a few seconds till it shows you everything that is running in the background. I do this several times a day.
