Default Problem with web access to the internet - Three UK.

I have BB 9300, unbranded bought from Carphone Warehouse in UK, without simlock.
I have decided to use it with BIS service from Three UK, pay & go.

Blackberry works fine, BB services are running, I'm able to send and receive emails, but I have a problem (almost all the time), when I'm trying to have an access to web.
Interesting is, I always have an access to Three website mobile.three.co.uk/hb/HutchKey - but when I'm trying to get to any other website - I have to try a several times and sometimes it's not helping at all. Sometimes, I can access to any website I want first time when I'm trying.
Customer Service confirms I have a enough credit, data plan activated. I have tested on another same Blackberry - no difference.

Error messages:
Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider.

or

A communication failure has occurred. The server may be busy, please try again later. If the problem persists contact your service provider.

I have a good reception, I have another phones in Three UK network - no problem with signal, reception. I have almost all bars (without one), 3G visible and BB sign visible as well.

Blackberry been wiped out, SIMCARD been removed.

My software is 6.0.0.600 (Platform 6.6.0.223).

My questions:

1. Shall I downgrade software to lower version, but supported by Three UK:
http://crackberry.com/official-os-6-...-9780-three-uk

2. Maybe I should call to Customer Service and demand something... if I can? Any suggestions?

3. What to do?

Thanks for your most appreciated help.

Your Blackberry is perfectly fine but it's the network that's messing you around. Constantly pester them! I'm good at that since they're Indians and can easily be pushed around.

I'm using Three network from years, and currently I have two iPhones 3GS and 4 - but I have no problem with the internet. Occasionaly I'm using different phones in Three network, like Nokia E63 or Skypephone S2.
I have very good reception in my house and in my work, sometimes I'm using Three broadband or tethering from my iPhone and I'm not complaining...
... but, the only one issue is Blackberry 9300.

Of course, I could buy in their store, pay more - but I decided to buy it from CW - and, internet... as I mentioned earlier.

My brother has a data plan on his contract which is unlimited data on Three but I recently tried his sim in my Blackberry 9900 and it would pick up BIS services. My guess is you should try ringing Three and get your Blackberry services activated and not tell them you swap your sim between devices as I'm guessing the data will work with all phones then.

I had a similar problem with three and the 9300. it was sent for repair and they tried to make out it had liquid damage and this had caused the reception for internet to get worse. so they sent it back to me but the phone was damaged and i complained heavily. I thought i was stuck with the handset so i messed around with it. i put opera mini on it and the internet was perfect. opera could surf while the bb browser couldnt. cause i complained about the damage they replaced the handset and guess what. the new handset is the same. no internet . its deffo the network mate
