Need help, Blackberry will no longer load youtube video's
I've been pushed to the point of desperation.
So much so that I joined this forum simply to ask for help on this matter.
I have a Blackberry Curve 9330 3g with (as near as I can tell) 6.0 OS.
I willingly admit that I am no expert in anything tech related. And the overflow of nonsensical tech jargin tends to give me a headache especially when I have been jerked around looking all over the internet for help. Only to come up with non specific results.
So as you can imagine I am fairly annoyed.
Recently, within the last few days. My Youtube connection will no longer load video's.
They continue to buffer, never reading time/length, and eventually ending in an error message stating;
"Content not available. Server is Blocked or unresponsive"
Or on occasion this is overlapped by "Device media processer busy"
The strange thing is, that it only started doing this recently, as youtube see's a lot of use from my phone. All other media is unneffected, and certain other sites let me load video's (albiet those sites give me the option to download them where as youtube simply streams them.)
This problem is aggrivating me, and all attempts to find a solution state that its a simple APN/TCP problem.
One that I would try and fix myself....where I capable of it. I've searched and searched through out my options and cannot find either "Advanced options" nor "TCP/IP" in the menu's
The nearest I can find is "Advanced System Settings" under "Device". This however has no menu for anything TCP/IP related.
...Also have tried battery pull about a million times and its not helping.
So any off the wall suggestions would be helpful.
And also interestingly (but possibly unrelated) when I try to search for youtube updates. It gives me an error message stating "unable to search for updates"
Please help...I need my youtube fix....

Please stop bumping. It's rude and it is against the forum guidelines.
What country are you in?
What carrier are you using?
Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
Is there any other reason (company phone, country not supported, etc) that YouTube would be blocked on your device?
Are your other data functions working?
