Here's my story:
my phone was stolen so i just got my little sisters hand me down crackberry (i'm learning the lingo
First I was able to sync my contacts from myverizon.com account to my BB but I was stuck with all her old stuff and mine.
I found on this site how to delete all the contacts by typing 'rset' from the contacts list and it worked great. So then I went to re-sync my contact list from myverizon.com and now i cannot get it to work. Every time I do, i get a text message 6200 with this long list of letters and junk and I don't know why it won't work like it did the first time.

Help! What the heck do i do besides entering all my stuff one at a time?! I have Mac just FYI.

Hey there, do you have your contacts backed up in address book? this would be the easiest way to install desktop manager and sync.
OR can you export them into a vcf file from somewhere? and import them into gmail contacts .....
you can enable wireless sync by configuring gmail or other supported email providers and it should work.
