I have my roommates bb 9330 from Verizon I think it's bricked but Idk I haven't been in the bb world for a while but I'm coming back as soon as I get new phone on his bb it boots all the way to the wireless software update screen and stops at 10 % that's it what can the fix be if there is a fix please help

Are you trying to load an OS, or are you talking about the splashscreen/security check?

Do you have access to a computer? I suggest you do a backup and then a full wipe. start from scratch. I usually check whats left to backup and then flash the device starting fresh.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but using BBSAK to wipe your device (after a backup) and loading a new OS would be a good first thing to do if the device doesn't seem to work properly
