I am no longer able to open an attachment or reply to mail, the reply is on the menu but not send,it just appears as a draft, also e-mail notification has stopped no matter what tone I put it to it is silent I believe it is all connected, any help would be appreciated

Do you have a Blackberry Internet Plan, or Enterprise Server, and is it connected. If you have BIS call you phone provider and have them resend your service books. Or if you have BES contact you Blackberry tech at work and have them reconnect your phone.
