Please help me with this one: I have been downloading from a site for over a week with no problems, then suddenly last night I get the following error:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /videos/TV/The Vampire Diaries/Season 3/The.vampire.diaries.s03e18.avi on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is the same for many files I want to download... I downloaded mp3s with no problem - from a different site. Also, I sometimes get a 404 error, even though I have just been to the page, and the download has failed.
