Take your battery out and plug your device into your PC give it 10 seconds or so then plug your battery in BUT before you plug the battery in clean all contacts and make sure they are making good contact with the battery...check to see if your main contacts are not bent out of the way of your battery...
You may not have enough battery life left or way to much memory used up that it just wont load anything if this is the case you can try a complete wipe of the device and start fresh...
