Curve won't turn on NEED HELP!
Hello there!
I've got a problem here.
My Blackberry curve 9300 won't turn on
I was copying files to the handheld to transfer to another computer because all my usb was missing
When I was about to paste the files, i copied to the my bb. I had a hard time acessing the device, like when I try to usb connect it, it didn't read well, it didn't open,
After some time when I was able to open the bb device in the computer but some of the files are gone, when I still check for the media storage, it was full but all the files were gone
I check the disk the "error-checking" option in windows but it was clean, I gave up so I turn off the bb and it was to turn off for a long time. It's been 2 days and i still can't get it on
I think I crashed the motherboard of the handheld. haha
I also left it charging all night
When I insert the battery i see no LED red light, all black, but I can see a little red light on the trackpad
So can you tell me what's wrong?
*Already posted this to other forums ut they won't help so I'm hoping you can help me here
THANKS!

Try getting it to a repair shop. It could be that your BlackBerry's media files got corrupted. This happens when you don't remove the device safely when you enable the storage. You should reformat the BB maybe. The same thing happens to hard-drives and Flash drives. they're full, but you cannot access the contents.
Bottom line, just get your BB checked out. Maybe all you need is a reformat, or maybe it's something with the hardware, but I doubt that it is considering that you take good care of your BlackBerry.BlackBerry is my phone of choice. No other phone gives me the same experience that BlackBerry does . - 06-02-2012, 11:48 AM #3
Do a plug your device in without battery to your pc the insert the battery like 10 seconds after and see what happens... you also may need to WIPE of your device and start all over...
load BBSAK you can wipe with BBSAK too..So load to your PC and plug your device into your pc Then go to screen shots and you should be able to see something if you can your device is still alive that`s good news..Bad news is you may have to WIPE and lose everything you had and like mentioned start fresh...

I would also pull out the SD card, sometimes a corrupted can weird problems. Try inserting the card in a pc card, if its read, backup the files and delete everything on the card. Then go to folder options and allow hidden files to viewable and check to see if such files exist on the SD card and delete those too. I'm recommending formatting the card windows because it causes problems when the is inserted in a phone. Blackberry device do arrange memory blocks the same way windows does. I know for a fact in some cases a windows virus eg. Short-cut virus mades its way to SD card of blackberry connected to a pc in mass storage mode. The blackberry eventually couldn't interact with card properly and sometimes it rebooted while trying to play media files, saving to the card failed, sometimes played another media file instead of the one you chose.
Better to sort SD card as well while you load a fresh os. Rare case the phone may boot-up after removing the card. - 06-08-2012, 02:09 PM #5

Try connecting it to your computer without the battery if the computer detects your device then you can wipe it and reinstall the os ....... But if the computer doesn't detect it then you'll have to take it to a repair shop becuase I don't know why computers sometimes f**k up devices ( happened to my storm and iphone )
