Default Completely Nuked 9300. Please Help!

My blackberry suddenly just stopped working one day. It doesnt turn on at all so its not stuck in a boot cycle or anything, it literally doesnt do anything. Plugging into the charger/laptop just makes it flash red once then three time. Pulling the battery does nothing. I think when i noticed it wasnt working was when the battery ran flat and i tried charging it and the red lights started. Ive tried a fully charged battery from another blackberry and it does nothing. Ive been trying every tip i can find over the past few days and followed all the guides on this site and others but im having a problem that no one has a solution for. When i open the app loader to wipe it theres nothing under the Communication Port Selection box where its supposed to say COM1 or whatever so i cant even get past there. I have no idea what to try now to get it to connect. Ive tried the cable with another blackberry and it works fine so its not the cable and ive tried installing all the programs (desktop manager and 9300 OS) on a different computer and the Connections box is still blank. When i put in all the command prompt details it just opens the application loader wizard with the blank connections box. This is giving me such a headache and im desperate for some help. I refuse to accept that nothing can be done to fix it. Its barely used and didnt get wet or bashed when it suddenly crashed. Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place for this kind of help. Im sure ill be able to fix the phone if i can just get the phone to connect to the laptop.

Try removing the battery, plug the charger to phone when red light comes on now re-insert the battery.

Leave for 3hours atleast hopefully but I know of one instance where a phone only booted up after a complete day passed using using method I mentioned above. If its out of warranty its worth the effort.

Tried it and had it plugged in for two days and still nothing but the stupid flashing red light. Ive bought a kit to open it and have a look around inside and see if i can find any problems.

Tried it and only get as far as step 3. The No Battery screen doesnt come up. Nothing comes up when i plug it in. No matter what i try the laptop doesnt think anything is connected

Im going to give uninstalling everything related to BB and reinstalling everything again a go.

OK, that's not a good sign, the No Battery sign not appearing points to a hardware problem, damaged screen or something, is your BB still under warranty?

Hmm...unless you assemble devices for RIM, you won't be able to figure out head from tail! Anyway, check out this link:

    Good Luck,
