Cannot Open Browser On Curve 3G

I am having trouble opening my browser on bb curve 9300! the middle button opens everything else so its not a problem with this. the only way i can get my browser to open is to remove my battery and reload + press browser immediately after it sets up, any other time it just refuses to open or freezes the screen, I have had to permanently remove my bb cover as taking it off daily gets annoying. I have tried sending the service books but nothing works. Please help!!! my browser just does not open! this is my secong blackberry, i had a bold for 6 weeks which died on me and now this, begining to think they aint all they are 'cracked' up to be! any advice appreciated.

my 9300 did the same, youtube and browser wouldnt load up, so took it back to o2 shop and the guy there fixed it, asked him what he did and he said he just took the battery out and it worked ok after that....then the battery problem started,wouldnt hold a full charge overnight with the phone off. got a replacement 9300 and currently updating the software on it,its been ok so far, just dreading the problems starting again when its updated.

if this one conks out i definitely wont be getting another!

Mine does this sometimes, but usually it's usually fixed when I click on something in an email which would cause the browser to open (eg, email from Twitter, click on something like "click here to follow @laurac back" would usually open the browser without having to click on the icon). Failing that turning the phone off and removing the battery but obviously you've tried this already. If the email thing doesn't work, you should take it back to where you brought it from, because if you can never get onto the browser you might be able to swap it for a new one if it's faulty, but only if it's relatively new.
