Can I replace my 3G battery with a 9360 battery?
My battery is defective and needs to be replaced (it can't hold a charge for more than 5 minutes, and is swollen). It's hard to find a 3G battery in a brick and mortar, so I was wondering if I would be able to replace the 3G battery with a 9360?
TIA

Are they the same battery model? If so, yes. If not, probably not.

A good suggestion in theory, but the model numbers vary depending on the maker of the battery.
The battery being sold at my local Best Buy isn't a battery sold here at crackberry, so I would almost literally be comparing apples to oranges. Or at least red delicious apples to granny smith apples.
I read somewhere that someone was using the battery from their old 8510 in their current 3G without any apparent wrinkles so I would like to think a newer gen battery would work on an older gen phone, but I'm just not sure.
