Boot loop tried it all about to bin it

Hi all i recently got a curve 9300, when i try to boot it up the progress bar gets about 2/3 of the way and then the screen goes black and led comes on for a moment then it all repeats over and over,
some times though it gets to 2/3 then the screen goes white then off? its a bit random,

i have tried wiping all memory and reinstalling the os several times< it gets regognised in DM and i can use installer and it completes ok, but then will not boot at the end same as befor!

i have tried another battery and same thing!

please help

Try to exchange the device! Sounds like a hardware-problem.
Your curve is unable to load the OS, maybe it has a faulty memory chip.

That doesn't should good. Exchanging the handset is not an option ;/

So is this a lost cause now. Good for nothing !

i manages to get BBSAK to connect and here is an event log
