blackberry wont turn on ..

I was downloading screenmunch on ym brand new blackberry curve and then it said to edit something to when i clicked it it froze, so i turned it off, ive tried taking out the battery and everything, when i turn it on the loading screen comes up, the bar fills and it just doesnt do anything. when i turn on caps lock it shows but it weont turn on. what do i do ?

two other problems with this thing:
my bbm isnt working, my friend tried to add me via scanning, pin, and email adn i nebver got the request, and when i request her she never gets it.
messages fail and i recieve two of them sometimes

i'm really upset with this. what do i do?

Easy, plug it in to your computer and reload the OS.
Just make sure you do a backup first, and then you can reload that backup when u finish reinstalling the OS. It should be able to connect to the berry, even though its not booting up fully. Also, reloading the os should fix most of the other problems you're having. Lemme know if u need help doing any of this
