Hello. I'm new to the BB world. I have an company phone. I've used the BB messenger a few times. One of my co workers tells me that the BB messages sent can be viewed by company officials. I say hog wash. Lunch is riding on this. Thanks for the help.

If your device is connected to your employers network, you most likely are on a BES.

Is the email on your BlackBerry labeled "Desktop"?

If you are unsure, ask your IT administrator or whoever gave you the BlackBerry.

If it's a work provided device, you should operated under the impression that they can see everything on the device. And they have a right to do so.
