Audible noise when plugged in to charge??

I just had to get a replacement 9330 and I notice that when I plug it in to charge there is the little "be-doop" noise like when you plug a USB device to a pc. I've had the 9300/9330 models for 2 years now and never had this til now. Is it a profile setting I may have turned on or something? I've never had it happen with precious phones.

My wife has a 9330 too and hers doesn't do it.

does it sound similar to when you plug in headphones into a computer / laptop ......normally you would hear a little 'pop' sound in your ear then everything will be ok after that

negative. this is the same sound as you here when plugging a USB device into a computer.

You can disable by going to options > accessibilty options > event sounds. Just change it to off. I personally kinda like the sounds.
