I am attempting to set my daughters 9300 convenience key to BBM as it is currently set to voice dialling.

I know how to do this as I've done it on my own 9320 however, however when I leave the convenience screen and save it, it continues to keep voice dailling as default.

How can I change this to set it to BBM?
