    I have transferred everything such as pictures, videos etc from the Bold to the Classic using the transfer switch app, but for some reason the contacts just won't transfer. It keeps coming up with an error message saying the connection has been lost between the devices. I tried the Blackberry Desktop programme, but whilst I could get the backup done, it won't recognise the Blackberry Classic!

    Try using Link instead of the BBOS desktop software.
