    I run outlook on my home pc with a gmail address . When a create a folder on the home pc I can see the folder on my phone but it is empty . Help please I need these folders on the road.

    have you chose to sync the files? This can be done from the folders section on your device. Creating them is one thing, having them chosen to sync is a another.

    All folders have been checked to be allowed to syc.folders are green with that little circle syc Icon in the corner. but nothing. And everything has been rebooted.
