Hi! I can't send or receive pictures via SMS/MMS using my Blackberry classic. I am on the Verizon network. Can someone help me? I am not a technical person; just a normal gal trying to get this work. Thanks much!

Hello. Open your hub and then go into Settings (from the overflow menu, which are the three vertical dots.) Then navigate to Text Messages>Advanced and scroll down until you hit the MMSC Settings section. Then make sure the info in your matches this:

MMSC URL: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
Proxy URL, Username and Password: blank

Also, do you have a data plan? If you don't, you're going to need to get one. MMS requires carrier data.
