[CrackBerry Question]

I bought this phone a week ago. It had the same problem on OS 10.3.2.668 which it came with and updating to OS 10.3.2.2514 has not helped. I turn the phone off at night & when I turn it on in the morning, it has wiped everything as if I did a full security wipe. Is there a way to fix this or should I just return the phone? It also turns off the mobile signal so I have to go into settings and deactivate it each time.

Normally I'd say a wipe should fix any software issues.....

I might would suggest trying an autoloader, but I think if you can return the phone that is probably the best idea.

Did you buy this Classic from Ebay? Also, was the seller mlg_venture? I believe there are more people within CrackBerry Forums that have had the same problem.
