Apologies if there is an obvious solution but despite a few attempts and some searching I can't work out how (or if) to change this.

Problem:
I have a Whatsapp image folder within the main Pictures area. Annoyingly in this folder it insists on creating subfolders for each month in the following format: 2015-12. I just want all the images in the main Whatsapp folder, does anyone know how to prevent the phone creating these sub folders for each month?
