For me, it might be the back button. In bb10, I sometimes have trouble in the browser or apps to get the back button to pop up on the bottom of the screen.

Isn't it always there? Also, in a lot of apps, a left to right swipe acts as a "super back button", bringing you back to the root of whatever you're in.

That being said, I liked the BlackBerry button!

I look forward to being able to start and end calls again without looking at the screen. My daily driver has buttons (in addition to the screen) for most functions and I love being able to quickly access certain things by feel.

In fact two of the real buttons in that car are the start and end call buttons. So when I take calls in the car without having to look at the buttons or a screen, it makes me look forward to a "classic" BB.

    The start and end buttons.

I can't wait until I can take/end calls without looking at my BlackBerry.

    in order of actual use:

    1. Trackpad. Single handed operation is invaluable while writing with the other hand.
    2. End. Our office lost a BIG customer because one in my crew didn't get their Z to "End" while she simultaneously jotted down notes relevant to the call. The customer listened to his order being discussed for several minutes before calling me and telling me. His concern was that it could have easily been one of his competitors listening. I had to agree with him and took personal responsibility to prevent that crew member's termination and lost last year's bonus. NEVER again!! The physical "End" button affords positive tactile feedback while jotting down info at the close of a call. It gets quite a workout throughout our office.
    3. Back. The comforting escape path when the phreaking touch screen has taken you to places even Alice never dreamed existed. (anyone old enough to remember phreaking free long distance? )
    4. BB menu is always there. Many apps to customize in very productive ways.
5a. Send to Answer. Positive tactile feedback to get to the call with minimal distraction.
5b. Send to call. Least used. Too easy to trackpad through contacts and click.

In some apps (like in Reader mode in the Browser) if you scroll down, the back button will appear; if you scroll up, it will disappear.

For me, it might be the back button. In bb10, I sometimes have trouble in the browser or apps to get the back button to pop up on the bottom of the screen.

END button. No, wait...trackpad. Back button was handy. Menu was useful for seeing the available options for whatever. I really liked them all. Can't wait for the Q20 Classic it's gonna be the best phone ever.

None. After using a Z10 then Z30 I don't miss the tool belt one bit. It boggles my mind why anyone would want the belt with BB10

Boggles my mind why anyone would not want the belt. That's why Toyota sells Prius and Tundra. Some people own both. Different strokes, ya kno...

Probably the same type people that prefer to touch one button to call someone. You know, those that like speed and precision.

Trackpad! I am starting to get annoyed by the white circle/crosshair thing. It takes me a couple of tries before I get to the precise point I want.

Runner-up is the Menu button (I like having all the menu options available at the same time in one click), then the Back button (for an easy exit or return).

There is no back button on the Q10. The closest you get is the left facing arrow in the lower left corner of some screens that takes you back. On the legacy devices it was the upward/left looping arrow button.
