I have a BB Classic and operate a windows 10 on my computer. I have installed the BB Link already. The sync of my contacts to Outlook works fine but I can't seem to get my media to sync into the computer files that I want them to go into.

Reboot both and then hook up again via usb cable, takes a bit of time to finish

Link has always worked fine for me as long as your computer recognize's your phone is plugged in . Maybe uninstall and reinstall link .

For future, sign up for box and enable automatic uploads. I use it every day to add snapshots to my presentations for class. It is very fast, takes only two or three seconds.

Cool thing about BlackBerry 10 is this feature is free. On my iPad you have to buy the "pro" version to get camera uploads

Box is a free ten gigs too, so it shouldn't fill up too fast

If you have Bluetooth on your computer, depending on how many pictures that you want to transfer, it works great. I send pictures and files back and forth all the time with mine and have never had an issue.

Another option, is if the pictures are saved on the SD card, then you can go into settings -> storage and accrss -> accessing USB -> then turn on USB mass storage mode.

Now when you plug your phone into the computer, your SD card will act like a USB flash drive. You can quickly copy the images over using file explorer.

Don't forget to turn mass storage mode back off when you're done.

I use the Box method myself. And if it's not a camera photo that uploaded automatically, I simply go to the pic and select share with Box and it'll upload it into Box. You can easily sync a folder from Box to your desktop.

Why would I need to turn the mass storage mode off when I am done?

Can't I just leave it set on?

This is a very fast option for everynow and then unloading. I do this for videos once every few months
