If your just asking if it does, no.

The Blackberry care plan that's available for purchase from ShopBlackberry.com on new devices I believe does. I think the phone needs to have been purchased within 30 days in order for you to buy coverage.

Your carrier might also sell insurance coverage.

As for another remedy, you could try placing the phone in a bag of rice for a few days to take out moisture out of the phone. I don't know if that works but I have heard it does and doesn't, no personal experience.
