I get this message when I try to view some of my older emails ? Never had this problem with my Q10

I've never seen or had that happen but I might guess it would be a connection or email ISP delivery issue or some incompatible html code in the email.

You can view the old emails in question on a desktop PC fine?

Yes no problem viewing them on my desk top, just on the Classic. I have my old Q10 as a back up phone in the office connected to the wi fi, if I need to look back on some older emails they are always available to view there - it's all a bit odd.

I have no idea why this is happening, but when my email started getting screwy, I was told to delete the account and re-install. It fixed my problem. Have you tried that?
