    I was trying to install android runtime from BB world. But BB world keeps loading. All other apps are working but Viber keeps closing. And I Cant uninstall it as its saying that viber is still there pls pls help. After Os update im facing these unknown problems. I have tried a lot but still same

    You can't install the BlackBerry Android Runtime Update from the BlackBerry World app.

    You can only install it by opening the link in the article below with the BlackBerry Browser App:
