Hello, where's the best place to get my phone unlocked?

Phone is locked to ee and wish to use tesco. I've seen many websites but they all look suspect to me

I think with EE your only option is to unlock through them. They charge about 15 pounds and it nearly always takes 2 weeks to get the code back from the day you request it
