My tracking pad has stopped working on my browser and on some apps after updating to ne 10,3,3 softwar. Can this be fixed?

Have you tried simply rebooting your device? If that doesn't work, you may wish to consider reloading your OS. With BB10, there is often some wonkiness (technical term!) that happens following an OS update. Like Bla1ze just said, start with a reboot.

Hold down the top button (i.e. the lock key) and do not release it. Ignore any onscreen options, countdowns, etc.
After the red LED flashes on then back off again, release the lock key. The device will reboot.

After any OS update in the future, try to remember to perform such a reboot as soon as you can after completing the update. Likewise, if anything ever doesn't seem to be working properly, this kind of reset should be some of the first troubleshooting you try.
