Now I love my bb10; but does anyone else experiencing the tips of their thumbs hurt a little bit after constant use of the physical keyboard?

You have to build muscles on your thumbs before you are worthy of taking on a BlackBerry keyboard hahah

I type pretty fast. It's the constant pressure on the tip of my thumbs that start to hurt.

Is it just me? Wow that goes to show you how often I use my Classic.

Never on the Classic, although I did on the Passport after excessive use, given the much wider keyboard

Strongly depends on your hand size and if you've always used a BB/PKB over the past few years - 'muscle memory' I think they call it, you either have it or you don't. Apparently the way you hold the device whilst typing affects hands/thumbs.

Yes! I do have that problem with the Q10 only.

My 9900, Q5, 9810, Classic, and Passport are all thumb friendly loll.

The Q10 strangely does leave my thumbs sore a bit.

try using thumbnails on the sculptured keys like Classic, Bold, etc. You'll be amazed at how much faster and more precise you type with nails on that style kb. Especially single handed. I've trimmed my thumbnails for optimal since 9650. The "speed demon" in my office also has the smallest hands. She suggested trimming thumbnails a little longer to make easier reach of "alt" & "enter" keys on Classic. Works for me.
