Can anyone tell me if Blackberry Classic has GPS capability for maps and navigation outside of service areas where can't access data?

Any recommended apps for this? I do have snap loaded to use android apps.

    Thanks

Yes, there are a few offline GPS map apps available for BB10 devices in BlackBerry World. I had been using Mireo Don't Panic on my Q5, but it has been discontinued (no further nap updates) and has been replaced by Genius Maps by Mireo. At this point I'm using the free version of the maps without the turn by turn trip navigation feature.

You need to figure out exactly which features you need, and what you're willing to pay. Most of the offline maps can also be used with a data connection to provide additional local information.

One thing I've noticed is that leaving a GPS map app running will run your battery down considerably over a few hours.
