    Hi, my speaker at the bottom is dead.
    I think its a hardware problem.

    At first a sinple restart fixed it but now its doomed..
    I have not reinstalled the firmware yet becouse then i will lose my business email account to and i switch phones alot so my boss wil go crazy if i ask im to install my email account again.

    Can i backup my mail accounts with BlackBerry link or not?

    no. you will need to install or set up your accounts again if you reload the OS
